Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Arbol Micro LLC ("Arbol Micro", "we", "us") collects when you use ml.guide and its subdomains, including learn.ml.guide (the "Site"), and how we use it. The short version: the Site has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and the interactive demos run entirely in your browser.

1. Information we collect

Technical data sent with every web request. Like any website, when your browser loads a page it sends standard information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this data to deliver the Site, protect it from abuse and give us aggregate traffic statistics (for example, how many visits a page received). We use this data in aggregate and do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors.

Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it to reply.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect payment information, precise location or other sensitive information.

2. Cookies and local storage

We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The trainer at learn.ml.guide uses your browser's local storage to remember which lesson chapters you have finished and which page you were on. That information stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the Site from bots and attacks.

3. Third-party services

Pages load some resources from third parties, which receive the technical request data described above when your browser fetches them:

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. If the Site links to other websites, including affiliate or referral links, those sites may collect information about you when you visit them under their own policies.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to operate, secure and improve the Site, to understand which pages are useful, and to respond to messages. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site (such as our hosting provider), when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

6. Retention

Request logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, then delete them.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Email us at hello@ml.guide and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security and international visitors

We use reasonable measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. The Site is operated from the United States, and information may be processed there and in other countries where our providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

The Site is a work in progress. If we add features that collect more information, such as an email list, user accounts, payments or advertising, we will update this policy before or when we launch them and change the effective date above.
